it is great for energy and pump, but DO NOT GET THE CHERRY LIMEADE it tastes so nasty and its hard to choke down. i damn near puked, even after adding extra water to dim flavor

i've like 6 pre workouts in my gym "career" i usually take 3 month breaks between each pre, i decided to buy this pre as my new main pre and let me tell you sum ive never been so hyped and focused at the same tinme, this pre put me in a mood where i wanted to dance and kill someone at the same time cause of the focus, bro if you lookin for a pre BUY this one and then maybe try their high stim one my mate says its good and his also a pre lover, once again this pre is CRAZYYY, BEST PRE IVE TAKEN I SWEAR TO GODDD.
