How to take ENERGY & RECOVERY STACK

Pre Phase: Add 1 scoop to 8-12oz of cold water to shaker cup. Mix well, varying amount of water to desired taste. Consume 20-30mins before training.

ISO Clear Whey Protein: Add 1-2 scoops to 12-24oz of cold water to shaker cup. Mix well. Vary amount of water to desired taste. Consume during or immediately after training.

Reds & Greens: Add 1 scoop to 8-12oz of cold water to shaker cup. Mix well. Vary amount of water to desired taste. Consume once a day, either in the morning or during/after training.

Beautifully Appropriate.

So, just like everyone else.. I’ve tried em’ all. If the bottle says pre workout I’ve given it a go. Phase 1 did a great job of making a consistent, appropriately dosed and strong enough formula to make this one of my go to’s for a “daily” pre. Not crazy on the stim side but still packs a good punch and the pumps are nice. If you want a pre that is everything you need and not what you don’t. Phase 1 Pre Phase. Done.
